I am pleased to report that a ‘transphobic’ tweeters rights have been upheld by a High Court Judge. Earlier this week, an ex-policeman – Harry Miller – won his case against a UK police-force. The judge ruled that the force’s actions were a ‘disproportionate interference’ with Mr Miller’s right to freedom of expression. Afterwards it was reported that this was a landmark High Court ruling.
